REQUEST for surveyors: River Frome WEBs count (Oct - Mar)

Dorset Wildlife Trust is calling for surveyors to take part in monthly wetland bird counts along the River Frome.  Surveys are carried out on Saturday mornings on the following dates;

October 11th 
November 15th
December 13th
January 10th
February 14th
March 14th

We are looking for competent birders who can confidently identify gulls, waders and ducks on the ground and on the wing, to join our team of knowledgeable surveyors. New volunteers will join small survey teams of experienced surveyors who are familiar with the survey methodology and the survey sections.
